The owners, Ezron and Lakesha, have 40 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Their restaurant, Red Stripes, offers mostly Jamaican cuisine with some Cuban and Gullah inspiration. On the menu, you’ll find delicious Jerk Chicken, curried dishes, Saltfish and Tomato Salad, Chicken and Waffles, Devil Crabs, and Sweet Potato Bread Pudding. They aim to create an “island feeling” for their customers with welcoming vibes and reggae tunes. Lakesha also crafts specialty cocktails for guests to enjoy.
